Data you give us
When you complete the quote request form, we collect:
- Company name and the name of the contact person
- Email address and, if you provide it, telephone number
- Country and city
- Type of business
- The message you write to us
- The list of products and quantities you request
We do not ask for sensitive data, and we do not need card or bank details in order to quote.
Data collected automatically
When you visit the site, we technically record:
- The IP address and browser data that identify your device
- The page you arrived from and the first page you saw on our site
- Campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (for example
utm_source,gclidorfbclid), which tell us whether you came from an advert - The pages you visited and the actions you took (for example, adding a product to your quote or downloading the catalogue)
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and browser local storage to:
- Remember the language you selected (Spanish or English)
- Keep your quote list while you browse the site
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some features — such as the quote list — may not work properly, but you will still be able to use the contact form.
4. What we use your data for
- Handling your request: preparing and sending you a formal quotation.
- Communicating with you: answering your questions about products, pricing, availability and logistics.
- Commercial administration: following up on your order, invoicing and warranty if you purchase.
- Advertising measurement: knowing which adverts produce real enquiries, so we do not spend on those that do not.
- Improving the site: understanding which pages and products attract the most interest.
We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Who we share it with
Your data may be processed by the following providers, who act on our behalf and under their own privacy policies:
- Cloudflare — website and database hosting.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on our forms. It may process limited technical information about your browser, such as device and interaction signals, in order to tell visitors apart from automated traffic. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Zoho — sending confirmation and customer service emails.
We may also disclose information where applicable law or a competent authority requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep quote request data for 24 months from the last contact. After that period we delete or anonymise it.
Measurement data (analytics and advertising cookies) is retained according to each platform's configuration.
7. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete it when it is no longer needed
- Object to our use of it for advertising purposes
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected] stating your name, your company and what you are requesting. We will reply within 15 business days.
8. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to the administration panel is password-protected and sessions expire automatically.
9. Minors
This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
